- Advising on hiring staff and felows in charge of accounting codes for contracts or agreements.
- Recommendations on the procedure to follow to formalize contracts.
- Administrative management of contracts, support for economic management and budgeting.
- Guidance on how best to protect the interests of the University in the formalization of contracts (prior knowledge protection, industrial and intellectual property rights).
- Preparation of the documentation required to submit a proposal to a competitive tendering process on the basis of the new law on public sector contracts.
- Monitoring contracts and agreements: deferrals, addenda, resolutions, addition of new members to the research team, etc.
